The workshop will take place Sunday October 25, 2026 from 11am-12:45pm at Ridge Rock Brewing Company in Carp (421 Donald B. Munro Dr, Ottawa ON, K0A 1L0) Please arrive 5-10 mins early to get your beer and get your station set up.

Participants will learn how to mix, pipe and spin their own sausages. We will be making Oktoberfest themed sausage!

Each ticket is per person and includes the hands on workshop, 1 beer, and 4 lbs of sausage to take home.

You will be able to purchase more beer throughout the workshop as well, and to take home if you wish!

You will receive a reminder email a few days before the workshop with further details.

 

Workshops are non refundable but transferable to another date with at least 10 days notice.
