Sausage Making Workshop at Braumeister Bierhalle - Tuesday January 13 at 7pm *includes large traditional pretzel with dip and 1/2L stein of beer*

The workshop will take place Tuesday January 13, 2026 from 7-8:30pm at Braumeister Bierhalle in Hintonburg. 175 Carruthers Ave, Ottawa, K1Y 4J1.  

Please arrive 10-15 mins early to get your beer and get your station set up.

You can also come early for dinner beforehand if you’d like — make a reservation, or walk in and mention you’re coming for the workshop so they can ensure you get your food in time   

Participants will learn how to mix, pipe and spin their own sausages.

Each ticket is per person and includes the hands on workshop, one 1/2L stein of Braumeister beer, one Large Traditional pretzel and dip, and 4 lbs of pork sausage to take home.

*Traditional Pretzels are offered as either Salted or Garlic Herb and come with a choice of dip between Braumeister Bavarian Mustard, Hot-Honey Mustard, or a Cheese Dip. 

You will be able to purchase more beer throughout the workshop as well, and to take home if you wish!

You will receive a reminder email a few days before the workshop with further details. If classes don’t fill we reserve the right to cancel the class and issue a refund. 

Workshops are transferable to another date with at least 10 days notice but non refundable.
