This workshop will take place Tuesday December 9, 2025 from 7-8:30pm at Stray Dog Brewing in Orleans.  We ask that you come 10-15 mins early to get your beer and get set up at your station.

Participants will learn how to mix, pipe and spin their own sausages.

Each ticket is per person and includes the hands on workshop, 1 beer, and 4 lbs of sausage to take home.

You will be able to purchase more beer throughout the workshop as well, and to take home if you wish!

You will receive a reminder email a few days before the workshop with further details. If classes don’t fill we reserve the right to cancel the class and issue a refund. 

Workshops are transferable to another date with at least 10 days notice but non refundable.
