Sausage Making Workshop at Manor Park Brewing (formerly Small & Local Beer Co) - Wednesday March 18 at 7pm
The workshop will take place Wednesday March 18, 2026 from 7-8:15pm at Manor Park Brewing (formerly Small and Local Beer Co) on St Laurent (411 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, K1K 2Z6). Please arrive 10-15 mins early to get your beer and get your station set up
Participants will learn how to mix, pipe and spin their own sausages.
Each ticket is per person and includes the hands on workshop, 1 beer, and 4 lbs of pork sausage to take home.
You will be able to purchase more beer throughout the workshop as well, and to take home if you wish!
You will receive a reminder email a few days before the workshop with further details. If classes don’t fill we reserve the right to cancel the class and issue a refund.
Workshops are transferable to another date with at least 10 days notice but non refundable.
